Stone & Robert Maschinenteile GmbH is based in Herzogenrath near Aachen – a central location that lets us supply customers all over Europe quickly and efficiently.

Stone & Robert Maschinenteile GmbH was founded in Herzogenrath near Aachen, Germany – the centre of Europe, giving us easy access to customers across the continent.

Our focus is on supporting mechanical industries in engineering R&D, cost-saving production, quality control and logistics. What makes S&R unique is our focus on quality and delivery speed.

As a GmbH with a share capital of one million euros, we are built on a solid economic foundation – a clear sign of stability and reliability for our customers and partners.

Which materials does Stone & Robert supply?

We supply machine parts in stainless steel (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4308, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4408, 1.4571, 1.4581, AISI 304 and AISI 316), brass/red brass, carbon steel and aluminium – to DIN standards or to your specification.

Which manufacturing processes do you offer?

Casting (investment, sand and die casting), forging and forming (closed-die forging, hot pressing, cold forming) and CNC machining – from bar stock or as finishing of castings and forgings. The material pages show which processes are available for each material.

How large and heavy can parts be?

Depending on the material, from 5 g to 60 kg and 5 mm to 850 mm in diameter – stainless and carbon steel 10 g to 60 kg, brass 10 g to 50 kg, aluminium 5 g to 30 kg. Larger parts on request.

Can you store our parts?

Yes. We store your parts in our warehouse in Herzogenrath and deliver them to you by truck whenever you need them – in exactly the quantity you need.

Do you deliver outside Germany?

Yes. From our location in Herzogenrath on the German-Dutch border we supply customers all over Europe.

When can goods be delivered or collected?

Our delivery and loading hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 12 pm (CET).
