Aluminium is light, corrosion-resistant and very easy to machine – ideal wherever weight matters: in vehicle construction and for housings, brackets and components of machines and plants. We supply die-forged and die-cast parts as well as CNC-machined components ready to install. For die casting we use the appropriate casting alloy to your specification.

We work to common norms and standards such as DIN, DIN EN, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. If required, parts are produced to your drawing by our cooperation partners. On request we store your parts in Herzogenrath and deliver them by truck whenever you need them.

Frequently asked questions.
Which aluminium alloy is the right one?
EN AW-6082 is often used for highly stressed parts, 6060 or 6063 for fine, anodised surfaces. We are happy to advise you on the right alloy.
When is die casting worthwhile?
Die casting is ideal for larger quantities of complex, thin-walled parts such as housings. For smaller series or very strong parts, forging or CNC machining is often more economical.
How large can aluminium parts be?
We supply aluminium parts from 5 g to 30 kg and with diameters from 5 mm to 850 mm. Larger parts on request.
